Decades of Experience - Supreme Court Victory
William McKenzie has been at the forefront of the movie and broadcasting industry’s ongoing fight with pirates who steal programming and sell it to a susceptible public. His efforts resulted in a complete victory over satellite TV pirates when he won the Supreme Court of Canada case of Bell v Rex.
Now that the pirates are using the internet and streaming services to continue their larceny, Mr. McKenzie is engaged in many projects focused on eliminating piracy and protecting content creators and legitimate distributors.
